Yes. Some are entirely covered in water, and all life resides within it. Some of the Galra cruisers have been created specifically to traverse underwater because of places such as these.

Then, ask around until you are given the name of two planets with an ocean that you did not previously know. I'm sure you'll receive plenty of other interesting information in the process.

The first is from Wilbur, who described his world as a "server" named the "Dream SMP". I believe server is the equivalent of a planet for him.
